  • An app that you will utilize for your full program, access me through & track your progress, habits etc.

  • Comprehensive weekly check in's reviewing your week with voice memo response from me where we discuss, and pivot if needed

  • 1:1 messaging access, can communicate with me as often as you need to- message, video, photo, voice memo all available

  • Monthly 1hr video call to review, refocus & provide support

  • Community support group

  • Daily habit checks based on your specific needs & wants

  • Weekly mindset coaching video exclusively for clients

  • + More specifics depending on if you would like training or nutrition programs

1:1 Coaching Pricing:

Training Only- starts at $216/ month

Nutrition Only- starts at $270/ month

Training & Nutrition- starts at $396/ month

I offer monthly payments, or pay in full options (*with a discount)
