Whether youโ€™re new to strength training or experienced, Built for Birth meets you where you are and helps you feel strong, capable, and ready for whatโ€™s ahead.

This program focuses on building functional strength, core stability, and improve function of pelvic floor so you can move with confidence throughout each trimester of your pregnancy.

Train with purpose

Trimester 1: appropriate intensity so you are lifting at appropriate level , mobility & pelvic floor focused while catering to lower energy, indigestion, and fatigue.

Trimester 2: Exercises to reduce back and pelvic pain, pelvic floor support, and movement variability to reduce swelling & discomfort.

Trimester 3: Time to maintain as much muscle as possible and prepare your body for birth while adjusting for comfort and all other pregnancy considerations.

Designed as the first step before Beyond Birth, this program prepares your body with intentional strength training tailored to pregnancy. Youโ€™ll build the strength, stability, and awareness needed to support your body through pregnancy, labor, and recovery.

Because how you train before birth shapes how you recover after.

Minimal equipment needed so you are able to complete each trimester phase from either your home or gym if you are more advanced.
Start anytime you want (even before you become pregnant to prepare your body for its next amazing journey)


~ Do at home or gym

~ Equipment: light & moderate dumbbells, mini bands & longer resistance bands of different strengths, stability ball, bench (optional, can use a couch or stair)

I'm a mom of 2, strength training coach, pre & postnatal coach, nutrition coach and adventure lover!

I have lived the post partum experience of feeling lost & unsure about how to approach my fitness goals again after having a baby.
