Beyond Birth

This post partum program goes beyond just strengthening the core. After childbirth, your body has experienced dramatic changes that go beyond just the core. This program gently supports your fitness journey back to strength by focusing on deep core connection, upper back mobility and posture, pelvic stability, as well as hip and glute strengthening—all essential to your recovery and daily comfort.

Minimal equipment needed so you are able to complete each phase from the comfort of your own home, nurturing yourself without added stress right next to your little one.


Start as soon as 2-3 days post partum or when you feel ready to reconnect to your core & pelvic floor.


~ Do at home

~ Equipment: light & moderate dumbbells, mini bands & longer resistance bands of different strengths, stability ball, bench (optional, can use a couch or stair)

~Week 0-6= 5-20 minutes long 2-3X per week

~Week 7-12= 20-30 minutes long 2-3X per week

~Week 12-18= 30-45minutes long 3X per week

I have lived the post partum experience of feeling lost & unsure about how to approach my fitness goals again after having a baby. Knowing I wanted to move my body before 6 week clearance but not sure where to start was frustrating, this time around I have a much clearer direction and I can’t wait for you to have that too!

Common Questions

  • Everyone’s pregnancy and post partum journey is different. If you have never exercised this would be a great program to step into if you are newly post partum because it will start you off with gently mindful movements and work your way up to more challenging exercises. I will always be available for questions or to talk through your concerns as you go through the program.

  • This will be one of the least intense programs you will ever follow. There is a reason you can start it so early post partum because it starts at stage 1 of recovery- the very simple ‘boring’ stuff most people skip over post partum that is essential for recovering & rebuilding. If you feel nervous about it, send me a message and I can give you a sample of what the first 2 weeks consist of: connection breathing & pelvic floor contractions, that’s it.

  • Yes! If you are within 1 year post partum and feeling disconnected to your core and pelvic floor or unstable in your hips this can still be a great starting point for you to gain some strength & control back into your body before jumping into more advanced training.

  • Because week 1-2 of the program is simply connection breaths, and pelvic floor holds it is designed to start as soon as 2-3 days post partum or as early as you are ready to reconnect to your core & pelvic floor. As each week slowly progresses through movement & connection, your body will be progressing as well. As long as you can sit or lie comfortably, you are ready to start.

  • Nope! This program is made for every postpartum mama. No matter how your baby arrived, this course will help you rebuild muscle, ease discomfort, and support your healing journey.

  • It is designed to be completed in 18 weeks but if you need it extended that is no problem, just shoot me a message and we can adjust it for you.

  • Of course! If you feel your post partum journey needs more one-on-one attention with a more customized plan and accountability that is where my 1:1 coaching can be beneficial.

  • Yes, if you pay monthly you can cancel any time. If you pay in full there are no refunds as this is a digital program which means once it is purchased it is considered “used”.
